Travel A Week of Sanur, Bali – in Pictures Posted by Paige Penning on July 15, 2012September 15, 2019 A photo of the first temple thing we came across- turns out mum took the exact same photo when she first got to Bali too Our Hotel Beachfront of the resort Beachfront of the resort Lady in Sanur Sanur Temple This lady had brought up the whole pile on her head with her little girl following behind her Waterfall – from top of stairs Jono and I ended up walking down to have a closer look Waterfall up close Stairs to get there Wood Carving Studio Some of their creations Cock-fighting cages I found out the back of the wood carving studio (no we didn’t watch or ask about them) This one was kept away from the other five because he was super aggressive and got angry at me for being too close to his cage. Probably for good reason… Chocolate tree! Luwak! He eats coffee berries to make coffee! and poos coffee beans Roasting the Luwak coffee After its grinded – it was actually seriously tasty! Balinese Arack Tasting all the tea, chocolate and coffee! Everything was delicious Chocolate fruit (cocoa) Macaw’s feathers at Bali Bird Park Blue! The bird from Rio Some ugly guys. This little guy was the best talker in the whole park – he sounded human Obligatory tourist snap OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Comodo dragon – he was big! This was a littler guy but was super heavy – he felt like a handbag Bali Safari and Marine Park Most beautiful toilet I’ve used Outdoor A/C Mount Batur – Volcano Gunung Agung from Batur Batur AdvertisementShare this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading... It was really beautiful! and this was just one week in Sanur, the island is jammed with amazing resorts and bars and restaurants – I wish I had more time. We got flights on special for $500 so just snuck a week away during uni holidays. It’s on the bucket list to go back 🙂
Wow such an awesome experience!! 🙂 And the price was really good! Lucky you! 🙂
